The manufacturing of medical devices follows controlled stages of development to guarantee high-standard results. For example, highly advanced products go through 50 checkpoints and a specialistic team of five engineers will test each feature. This additional quality control is carried out on top of the standard requirements by medical regulations. All manufacturing stages, from the very start of design and development to inspection and aftercare are made in our impressive factory in Japan, following rigours regulations.
