New OM-6 Operating Microscope, Compact But Outstanding Performance

We are pleased to announce the launch of the OM-6 Operating Microscope on the 1st of October 2020.

OM-6 is the most excellent entry-level operating microscope, offering the world’s first LED light source in the entry-level/compact ophthalmic operating microscope*. It provides direct illumination resolving the issue of bulb burnout as well as the troubles caused by damage to the optic fiber light guides.

As a result of pursuing ease of use, OM-6 offers the outstanding optical performance in terms of brightness, wide field of view and the deep focal depth. The ergonomically designed footswitch and an arm and filter switching knob are the new features of the entry-level TAKAGI Operating Microscopes. In addition to the superior performance and operability, the TAKAGI original platinum pearl colour is applied to the OM-6 body to enhance the sophisticated design.
